PRICES
The product prices Vélographe are in euros ( € ) inclusive of all taxes (VAT on the day of order) excluding the cost of processing and shipping .
The prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time. They are also likely to change for reasons of introductory offers, promotions or balances. All Prices are subject to obvious typographical error.
The applicable price is that indicated on the website www.levelographe.fr on the date of registration of the order by the customer.
When ordering from a country other than France, the customer is the importer of the products concerned. For all products shipped outside the EU
DOM- TOM , the price will be automatically calculated tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be paid. These rights are not within the purview of the Company 's Vélographe . They will be borne by the Customer and under its full responsibility, both in terms of returns and
payments to the authorities / competent bodies of the country . We advise the client to learn about these issues with local authorities. All orders whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

ORDER
Order Date
The order date is deemed to be that :

The order can be placed :

When the order is placed by e-mail or postal mail, ordering must include the information required to process it in
good conditions.
In all cases , the customer identification for the registration of the order must contain at least the following information :
• Customer must identify either with the number of Client, or by giving all the information usually required for online registration :
• Full Name - complete billing address - email - phone number.
The Customer must clearly identify the Products selected with the references , with and without options , etc ... on the site www.levelographe.fr
In the case of products with options, these specific references appear when the right options are selected.
The Customer must also specify the required quantity .
The Customer must clearly specify the information required for delivery, exact delivery address as well as any restrictions
accessibility of the place of delivery (see paragraph concerning delivery) .
The Customer shall indicate the delivery method chosen so different from the one chosen by the Vélographe .

Order Confirmation
An email is automatically sent to the Customer to confirm receipt of the order, provided that the email address listed on the registration form
does not have an error . The Vélographe does not send order confirmation via fax or postal mail.
VALIDATION
The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms before placing your order. Validation by the Customer of the order implies acceptance of
Terms & Conditions .
The data recorded by levelographe.fr constitute proof of all transactions made by the Company and its Clients The Vélographe facie evidence of transactions.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Pursuant to Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code as amended by Act of May 12, 2009 The Vélographe strives to provide the best on the data sheets of products, their essential characteristics
The Customer must take notice. The photographs illustrating the products are not included in the contract.
Unless otherwise specified on www.levelographe.fr, products sold by The New Vélographe comply with the legislation of the European community force and the standards applicable in France . However for new products manufactured in the United States , Mexico , Asia and Australia.
The Vélographe disclaims any liability for urban use or on the open road , if marked on the show " Collector, do not use on the public road ."
Our products and prices are valid until they are visible on the site , within the limits of available stocks. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In this framework, information on availability of products are provided at the time of placing the order .
This information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or omissions may exceptionally exist.
In case of unavailability of the product ordered , especially because of our suppliers , The Vélographe undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible after confirmation from the
suppliers on the reasons and the period of such unavailability .
In this case the customer has the option of requesting either a refund of the amounts debited from your bank account, and is subject to an agreement between the parties, replacing some items by items similar or higher at a price equal to or greater quality.
The refund may be made by bank transfer, at the latest within 15 days after full or partial cancellation of the order by either the parties.
Information on the availability of products being sent by our suppliers , the unavailability of products does not engage the responsibility of the company 's Vélographe, or entitlement to damages to the Customer.
DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated in his order. The Vélographe can not be held liable for delayed delivery or canceled whose cause an incorrect or incomplete address. In this case, and upon return of the goods in warehouses Vélographe, The Vélographe charge in addition to
Customer Shipping related second item without the customer can not oppose it.
For delivery of a bicycle, trailer or other bulky , and in case of insufficient address, the costs of implementation of the package will be suffering the charged to the client : 25 € incl. The carrier will make an appointment by phone for delivery. In case of absence at the time of this appointment , the cost of
re- presentation of the package will be charged to the customer : 16 € incl .
The mode of delivery and the carrier is at the discretion of Vélographe. The method of delivery announced at the time of order is announced for illustrative purposes only , it is
not contractual. For reasons of cost, speed , quality of delivery and acceptance of weight / volume by the carriers , the Vélographe can appeal to a carrier different than announced at the time of order.
